My approach is flexible, relational, collaborative and centred around working with you at your own pace and where you are at and what you would like to explore, as I belief that you are the expert in your lived experience with strengths and innate wisdom.

Focused Psychological Strategies:
· Psychoeducation including Motivational Interviewing
· Cognitive Behaviour Therapy(CBT) including Behaviour Interventions, Behaviour Modification, Exposure Techniques, Activity Scheduling, Cognitive Interventions and Cognitive Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT
· Relaxation and Stress Management, Mindful Self Compassion, Training in Problem-solving skills, Anger Management, Social Skills, Communication and Parenting.
· Narrative & Interpersonal Therapy
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT):
· comprehensive skilled based therapy with the aim to promoting “a Life Worth Living”.
·Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
· body based psychotherapy for attachment and trauma that taps into the language and wisdom of the body sensitively
· practical personal somatic resources to link the intuitions of the body towards recovery and restorative repair
Trauma Focused Acceptance Commitment Therapy (TFACT)
· a practical comprehensive compassion based trauma informed, trauma aware and trauma sensitive approach to addressing multiple traumas and mental health presentations
Krsna has extensive experience working as a social worker in a women's health centre and as a mental health clinician in community mental health.
Experience supporting women with their well-being and resilience, life transitions, relationships, parenting and attachment, grief & loss, childhood sexual abuse, adult sexual abuse, domestic and family violence, mental health conditions, disabilities and additions.
